How do I book a place?

Reserving a place is easy, you can either complete the online enquiry form or alternatively contact your chosen nursery, we will be happy to help talk you through the process.

Can you match my working shift patterns

Let us know what your needs are and where ever possible we will tailor a pattern of childcare to meet your needs.

Do you provide meals – my child is a vegetarian, my child has a nut allergy

All meals are made on site using the highest quality of foods that have been ethically produced.  We cater for the individual needs of every child.  We do not provide any foods that contain nuts.  Our onsite chefs ensure the menus take into account a wide range of dietary requirements.

Do you need to be potty trained

No, your child is most welcome to attend while wearing nappies.  We will ask you to bring a  small supply of nappies into the nursery and any nappy cream you may use.

Do you accept vouchers

Yes, a wide variety of childcare vouchers are accepted.

Can I view the nursery after 6pm

Yes, please contact us to  arrange a viewing after 6pm

Want to pop in, what happens if I need to breastfeed

You are welcome to breastfeed in the nursery, in fact the nurseries played an important role in Newcastle being awarded UNICEF stage 2 breastfeeding friendly city.  You are most welcome to feed where you are comfortable, if you need a private space this is also available for you.

What are the fees – do I get discount as NHS/Public Sector

We have two sessions in a day 8am-1pm and 1pm – 6pm, the fees per session are £33.00 for children under the age of 2year and £31.50 for children over the age of 2 years. To access both sessions from 8.00am to 6.00pm it is £56.50 for children under the age of 2 and £53.50 for children over the age of 2 years.

Can I stay with my child

You are welcome to stay with your child and this is particularly important during the intial introductory stage.
